- Professional Development Profile Release Agreement – This form must be signed in order for MRTQ PDN to release a copy of a member’s Professional Development Profile to a third party.
- Certified Early Childhood Assistance Application – Students who complete Early Childhood Education programs at Maine technical high schools may qualify for this credential.
Infant Toddler Maine Early Learning and Development Standards (IT MELDS) and Preschool Maine Early Learning and Development Standards (P MELDS) Waiver
IT MELDS and P MELDS (also known as MELDS) trainings are required at Star 3 in Standard 1: Learning Environment and Developmentally Appropriate Practice with Rising Stars for ME. Which training(s) the Program Director/Owner and staff are required to complete depends on the ages of children served by your program. If your program is pursuing a rating of Star 3 or above and you need to take this training, but believe you have the coursework, training, and experience necessary to qualify for a waiver, please fill out this application.
