Rising Stars for ME (RSM) is funded by the Child Care and Development Fund (CCDF) Block Grant Program and administered by Maine’s Department of Health and Human Service’s Office of Child and Family Services (OCFS) in partnership with Maine Roads to Quality Professional Development Network.
The goals of Rising Stars for ME are to:
- Recognize programs for meeting quality standards.
- Provide guidance and resources for programs working to increase their quality rating.
Educate families and communities on the various dimensions of quality in early childhood and out-of-school time settings.
